After a weekend of jobs mending lights and wardrobes, we spotted that a park local to Matthew’s house was putting on a “Heritage Fayre”. So we invited mum and dad to join us, at Matt’s, and we all walked down to the park. A nice mixture of old vehicles and children activities, kite flying and birds of prey. We enjoyed a picnic in the drizzle while watching the kites fly till they got too heavy with the rain.
We then went back to Winn Gardens and saw there was a residents social event so went to say hello. Followed by a lovely barbecue while watching Andy Murray win his first match in the American open.
