Such an amazing day while it snowed outside enjoying traditional dishes prepared lovingly by Christy. A 15 lb Turkey meant an early rise for Josh and Christy to get it in the oven. David cleared the icy drive and fetched Isaac, Antoine and Matt from Sheffield and Nana and granpa arrived as it started to snow. Then nibbles with ranch dressing dip, Turkey, macaroni cheese, special mash, sweetcorn, amazing stuffing, yummy beans followed by lemon fizz pudding and chocolate crackling. Then an afternoon of playing cards and train game and lord of the rings board game and an escape game. With a brief walk in the snow with me and my boys. A really lovely family day. Loved the holding hands and saying what we were thankful for round the table.
